Costs of participation in the conference:

Participation in a conference for PSNIT members - PLN 700

The price includes conference materials, participation in all lectures, workshops or discussion forums, coffee breaks and dinners during all conference days.

Participation in a conference for other participants - PLN 800

The price includes conference materials, participation in all lectures, workshops or discussion forums, coffee breaks and dinners during all conference days.

ATTENTION! The costs of dinner on the first day of the conference (5-10-2025) and banquet dinner (6-10-2025) are not included in the costs of participation in the conference, are additional options. After their selection, they will be added to the invoice.


The price list does not apply to VIP guests invited by the Organizer.


Accommodation:


Accommodation costs:

Conference participants have a choice of accommodation in DCS Polana Jakuszycka and the Biathlon Sport & Spa hotel. The price of accommodation includes breakfast in the form of a buffet, WiFi, the possibility of using the swimming pool and the spa zone. Parking in DCS Polana Jakuszycka is additionally paid PLN 30 per night per car.

The hotel day starts at 15.00 on arrival and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure.


DCS Polana Jakuszycka:

1 -person room price - 500 PLN / per room / per night

2 -person room price - 600 PLN / per room / per night

3 -person room price - 700 PLN / per room / per night


Hotel Biathlon Sport & SPA:

1 -person room price - 430 PLN / per room / per night

The price of a 2 -person room - 500 PLN / per room / per night

INFORMATION. Each of the conference participants can additionally choose the option of accommodation/dinner during the conference. By choosing the option of accommodation in the registration form you have a guaranteed place and you do not have to confirm them again at the hotel. After choosing accommodation, their costs will be added to the invoice for participating in the conference.

The selected dinner on the first day of the conference or banquet on the second day of the conference will also be included on the invoice from PSNiT.
