Advertising costs on conference materials:

A4 advertising on a conference plan - PLN 7,000

ADVERTISING - FRONT conference ID - PLN 4,000

Leash for the conference identifier - PLN 3,000

(Note - notification until September 16, 2025)

Logotype in the conference set (for members supporting PSNIT for free) - PLN 1000

(Note - notification until September 20, 2025)

--- A 50% discount on all prices regarding trade stands options is provided for PSNiT members

and advertising in conference materials, if the infections were not marked.

ATTENTION! Companies that have unpaid receivables for PSNIT will not be able to take advantage of discounts even if they are members of PSNiT. In addition, participation in the conference will be possible after paying for the arrears and the costs of participating in the upcoming conference. ---

Conference identifiers and materials are issued after confirming the fee for participation in the conference.

Information on the preparation of market stands

The stands can be installed on Sunday, 5-10-2025, from 10.00. The hotel informed us that due to the occupation of the room, where the stands will be located, it will not be possible to mount stands on Saturday, 4-10-2025 in the evening.

We ask that the positions be ready on Sunday, 5-10-2025 no later than by 15.00.

The hotel also set a deadline for the final cleaning of the stands for Tuesday, 7-10-2025, until 20.00 as well as large dimensions from the parking lot until 20.00.
